Application pursuant to the hague convention of 25 october 1980 on tre civil aspects of international child abduction.

The Norwegian Ministry of Justice and Police has received an application from a father for the return of his sons born in 2000 and 2002, respectively, from Slovakia to Norway. With reference to the abovementioned convention, the Ministry hereby forwards this application.

The children are now assumed to be living with their mother, [her name], whose address is not known. According to information from the father, the father of the mother lives at a village in district Liptovsky. The father of the mother has informed Interpol Bratislava that the mother and children are staying in the town Liptovsky Mikulas. However, he did not give the precise address.

The children were reported abducted since 08.07.2005, when they left their residence in Vesterålen, Norway. The mother and the father were married in 05.02.2000, but separated 18.08.2004.
